Some of you may think the Golf Nut has gone really nuts, but I haven't been able to play much golf or exercise this winter, so I am going to give speed golf a try to get back into the swing of both. I haven't seen it promoted or talked about much recently. It is not only enjoyable, but like you mentioned, not riding in a golf cart helps my golf swing. The only thing that I found you have to be careful of is not rushing your swing. Since you just finished running, you kind of want to run up to the golf ball and swing away.
