Good report on golfing great Seve Ballesteros
As I’m sure many of you golfers know, Seve Ballesteros was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor back October. Since then the golf legend has had 4 separate brain surgeries to remove the tumor. Now he has started chemotherapy as well.
This past Wednesday, Seve got good test results after his first round of chemotherapy and seemed to be in very good spirits. Like his spirit on the golf course, listening to an interview with him, the same spirit seemed to come through in his current fight.
Seve was a scrapper and a battler on the golf course, pulling off amazing shots when he got in trouble, gambling when he needed a big move. I have always loved watching him play the game of golf.
Now I know that golfers everywhere are pulling for him and wishing him well. Seve, our thoughts and prayers are with you from golfers all over the world, and we pray for a complete and speedy recovery. You’ve inspired us over the years and we want to see you succeed once again.
