The Golf Nut has been on vacation
Sorry folks, even The Golf Nut needs to get away for R&R. I know that you have probably wondered where I was at and why your golf questions weren't getting answered.
But we're back and just in time for the US Ryder Cup team to not only get beat byt the European golfers, but to really get wiped out. Only a diplomatic concession on a 25 foot putt kept this from possibly being the worst beating our golfers have ever experienced.
Congratulations and dues given the European team. And a special note to Darren Clarke who played in spite of having just lost his wife to cancer recently.
I'm not going to dive into all the discussion (right now anyway) about why the US golfers can't beat the European golfers in team competition. But you will hear from me on this one pretty soon.
The main thing is that it's good to be back and I have to play a few rounds of golf before I get the site back to current.
Thanks for your patience.
