Will Tiger win The Masters again?

Phil Mickelson is leading The Masters golf tournament going into the final round. But Tiger is lurking just two strokes back. Will Mickelson’s golf swing hold up under the Sunday pressure in this first major of the year? Or is Tiger the default winner by being within two shots?

I think the bigger question is how does Tiger do it? His father is very ill, he has rebuilt his golf swing completely two times in recent years, is the defending champion of The Masters golf tournament. And still he is in position to win his fifth green jacket. The guy is simply amazing.

But if you saw the recent interview with Ed Bradley on 60 minutes, you might not be so amazed. It was a thoroughly enjoyable peek into the current life and mindset of the best men’s golfer in the world. The bottom line is that Tiger has focus and intense competitiveness. And, oh yes, he does have a little golf talent as well.

And getting back to this week’s golf tournament. My prediction is that he will end up second this year. He will make a run, but fall short. But I think he will win two majors this year.

I have always admired and been facinated with Tiger. I hope he wins! I think he will.

Well, it looks like you missed that one. Mickelson does, in fact, have his golf swing in gear and I think he will win another major this year.

That will give him 5 in the last 2 years. Go Phil!!

You are right, I wrote Mickelson off this year and he has proved me wrong.

Congrats to Phil on a great tournament!
