My golf swing has too much sway.
Golf Nut, I am having a problem with too much body movement in my golf swing on my driver. I have way to much sway in my swing. It’s really bad in my downswing and follow through. I almost feel that I am losing my balance and falling forward. Any thoughts?

Is my golf ball out of bounds?
Golf Nut, a friend and I are having a disagreement over whether a certain shot should be out of bounds. If a player slices his golf ball over an out of bounds area of the golf course and during the flight the ball curves back into the fairway, is the ball still in play or [...]

OK, I was wrong about the British Open Winner
I picked Tiger and he was “close” again, but I really didn’t mind being wrong this time. It was a good golf tournament and was enjoyable to watch. There were a lot of golfers in contention and some 72nd hole drama, all in all enjoyable to watch.

Mental golf, the tough side of playing the game.
I recently polled all of our golf newsletter subscribers about a variety of things and one thing that I didn’t expect came back from a large number of them. They were very interested in help with the mental side of golf. I understand the importance of this side of the game so I probably shouldn’t [...]

Buying golf clubs, what should I do?
Golf Nut, I have been playing golf for about 14 months and am looking at golf clubs, a new set of irons in particular. I am trying to decide between a new set of Adams and a used set of Callaways. Any thoughts on what I should do?

A great golf drill for developing a smooth tempo in your golf swing.
Recently I polled our newsletter list for the things that they most wanted to correct about their golf swing. One of the top three answers was developing a smoother, slower tempo. So even though I wrote about this not too long ago, I am going to talk about tempo again and I have another drill [...]

I have a question on the rules during match play
Golf Nut, in match play, if a team concedes a putt to Player 1 of oTeam B, can Player 1 go ahead and putt to show his partner the line? Or is this a violation of the rules of golf? Does Team B lose the hole?

The Fed Ex Cup is more than half over, have any golf fans noticed?
The Fed Ex Cup was started to increase excitement and interest in golf in the latter part of the year, in particular after the four major golf tournaments of the year are finished up. But at this point it’s hard to tell how people feel about this new format in its’ first year, because not [...]
